I basically paid $40 to ruin my hair The guy who works there messed up my haircut. Did the complete opposite of what i wanted its my fault though i keep coming back, i wont anymore, keep giving them chances when clearly they dont know how to follow basic instructions

D class - ruined my hair I asked for a few strands to fall around my face and trim (long layers at the ends) I got 3 choppy layers, (shortest layer first) my hair looks like a bell with a tail. They didn’t understand what blending or feathering was. The owner had to come in and cut more hair and still left unhappy.
